I bought a house with them, Agent never show up on time, always running late. Agent never fight for buyer always keep supporting the seller will make you to buy the house at any cost, Agent won't tell you any pro of the house but if anything is good he will explain it in details. Seller took of self's, security system and leave the house dirty, Agent don't support me on this matter, even trying to convince me... ohh it's just couple of hundred $$$ things don't worry about those bla bla bla. I don't recommend buying property with them.

Way to go, Viola Skenderis - Wow how do you sell a house for the selling price two days after it hits the market? You start with a great realtor who knows the market, the inventory status, the local area, has a strategic mind set, and gives guidance to the best ways to prepare your home for sale. Viola worked diligently to make sure everything was in place before the listing went live, including setting up the staging and photography needed to compliment the listing online. Viola also did a walk through of our home and made some honest suggestions for some minor changes that would help to attract buyers quickly…and it worked!! We found Viola to be a highly attentive agent; she returned phone calls, emails and text with a timely response each time. She listened to our concerns and if she didn’t have the answers, she researched on our behalf. All of the above was complimented by her kindness, good energy and calm demeanor which made the selling process stress free and very simple. We would highly recommend Viola Skenderis to assist you in selling your home, or buying the next one! You will not be disappointed!
